International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church
Every November Christians around the world, including Ireland, unite for a time of prayer for brothers and sisters who are discriminated and persecuted for their faith. This year IDOP is being marked on 3rd November (or any other Sunday in November) and in Ireland our focus will be on Nigeria.
For 2024 Church in Chains has prepared resources including a short video, an information sheet (for the person leading prayers) and bookmarks for every person (containing prayer points) which will be available in October.
Whether you are praying as a church, a school, a Christian Union or in a small group, these resources will help guide your prayer time and connect you with persecuted Christians around the world.
